Nigerian global star Tems is officially set to return to the stage in her home country this August, headlining her first solo concert in Nigeria since 2021.
The Lagos show, announced via her official social media platforms and tour schedule, marks a highly anticipated homecoming for the Grammy-winning singer, who has spent the past few years performing across major global stages—from Coachella to Glastonbury.
Tems, known for her soulful voice and hits like “Free Mind”, “Damages”, and her feature on Wizkid’s Essence, has become a defining voice in the global Afrobeats movement. Her return to the Nigerian stage has fans thrilled, with many calling it “long overdue.”
The concert is expected to feature live renditions from her debut EP "For Broken Ears", her debut album “Born in the Wild” dropping in June, and surprise appearances from top Nigerian acts.
Tickets are expected to go on sale in early July, with more details about the venue and guest lineup to be released in the coming weeks.
