Ghana’s breakout music sensation Black Sherif is taking the global stage by storm once again, as he’s officially been announced as one of the headliners for the highly anticipated Afrobeats Fest London 2025.
The festival, which takes place in August 2025, will bring together top African and diaspora artists to celebrate the power of Afrobeats, Afropop, and African soul music. Joining Black Sherif on the headline roster are Ayra Starr, Fireboy DML, and several surprise international acts yet to be revealed.
This marks Blacko’s third major UK performance this year, following two sold-out shows in Manchester and Birmingham earlier in 2025. His rising influence in Europe’s Afrobeat scene has made him one of the most watched young voices in African music today.
“It’s more than music—it’s a movement. I can’t wait to connect with the fans in London again,” Black Sherif said in a statement shared on his official X account.
Black Sherif’s Setlist Expected to Feature Fan Favorites
Festival organizers have hinted that Black Sherif’s set will include chart-topping hits like:
“Second Sermon”
“Kwaku the Traveller”
“Oh Paradise”
“Soja”
Plus unreleased material from his upcoming project
Fans across the UK and Europe are already securing tickets, with early bird passes selling out within hours of the lineup announcement. The festival promises a massive celebration of African rhythm, street culture, and Black excellence, and Black Sherif is positioned to deliver one of the most electric performances of the summer.
