Indio, California — April 13, 2025Ghanaian-American alté-pop sensation Amaarae (born Ama Serwah Genfi) became the first Ghanaian artist ever to headline a full solo set at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, taking the stage in the iconic Gobi Tent during the festival’s opening weekend .
