Kenya’s Blankets & Wine Festival Returns This June with Star-Studded Lineup.

Nairobi, Kenya – East Africa’s beloved urban music and lifestyle event, Blankets & Wine, is set to return with a vibrant celebration of African artistry and culture on Sunday, June 30, 2025, at the lush grounds of the Ngong Racecourse in Nairobi. This month’s edition features an electrifying lineup of musical talent, with some of Kenya’s most exciting acts taking center stage.
Headlining the event will be Shad Mziki, known for his rich fusion of Afro-fusion and soul, alongside Nairobi’s rising collective We Are Nubia, whose sound captures a refreshing blend of afrobeat and contemporary jazz.
Also on the lineup is Mi Casa, the award-winning South African house trio known for their high-energy performances and timeless hits like "Jika" and "Don’t Wanna Be Your Friend." They’ll be making a long-awaited return to Nairobi, promising fans a night to remember.
Local sensations Matata, the dynamic Kenyan boy band making waves with their infectious blend of gengetone, afro-pop, and dance moves, are expected to bring unmatched energy. Singer-songwriter Serro, beloved for her soulful vocals and storytelling prowess, will deliver a rich, emotional set with elements of neo-soul and Afro-jazz.

Blankets & Wine has grown beyond a music festival—it's a full-day cultural experience. This edition will include:
